Quite honestly I have opened this account/journal to be able to comment on another Live Journal that no longer allows anonymous comments. I don't know that I will post that much myself. I'm retired Navy, work a day job, and fancy myself a writer. I've finished two Naval Adventure stories (which have a touch of fantasy in them) and am working on the third. My goal is to have an entire series, much like C. S. Forester's Horatio Hornblower, Patrick O'Brian's Jack Aubrey/Steven Maturin (Master and Commander), or Naomi Novik's Temeraire Series. After some delays, I have self-published Beyond the Ocean's Edge, the first book of the series. It was officially published on 8 May 2012. Sailing Dangerous Waters was self-published on 27 December 2013. At the present time, I cannot see that anything I might post would be restricted in any way. Everything I post or plan to post is open to everyone. Everyone is invited to comment. Currently I do not have a friending policy, other than I will friend those I wish to, and who do not restrict it. You are certainly welcome to friend me, although I cannot guarantee that I will return the favor. All in all, I think you could say that I'm quite casual about it.
